Plaggerのt/core/cache.t

ときどきこけるのは負荷の問題かなという気がしてきた。パッチの秒数には何の根拠もありませんが、うちのActivePerl（Celeron 2.4GHz＋1G RAM）ではこれくらいの余裕を持たせておけば何度nmake testしてもこけないようです。

あと、Aggregator::Xangoが要求しているCache::FastMmapと、Publish::SWFが要求しているText::WrapI18N（が依存しているText::CharWidth）はそれぞれWinには存在しない機能や関数を使っているので、platform指定した方がいいのかも――というのを昨日言い忘れてました。
